Will I be charged custom duty or import tax?

Deliveries to countries outside Australia may incur customs duty or import tax before your order can get to you. Unfortunately, custom duty and import taxes are charged by your local customs authority.

If you’re a UK customer you’ll receive a letter from the courier company, Seko, with a link on how to pay these charges. 

For all other international customers, you’ll receive a request to pay customs fees from your local customs office.
